Reik recibe una nominación al Mejor Álbum De Pop Tradicional en los Premios Latin Grammy® 2026
Miami, FL — Reik, ícono del pop en español, recibió este miércoles una nominación al Latin GRAMMY® 2026, anunció La Academia Latina de la Grabación en sus redes sociales.
El grupo está nominado en la categoría Mejor Álbum de Pop Tradicional por TQ+.
El álbum celebra 20 años en la música, precisamente con un regreso a sus raíces: la balada pop melódica. El proyecto volvió a poner al centro las melodías vocales dulces y las cálidas guitarras acústicas que han definido el corazón musical del grupo.
TQ+ incluye temas como “La del Primer Puesto” junto a Xavi, “Es Tan Corta la Vida” con Yami Safdie, “Aquí en la Arena”con Leo Rizzi y “Viernes” con Gabito Ballesteros.
En su carrera, Reik acumula ocho nominaciones a los Latin GRAMMY®, de las cuales una se materializó en una victoria: en 2009, la agrupación se llevó el galardón a la Mejor Interpretación Vocal Pop Dúo o Grupo por “Un Día Más”.
La nominación de Reik a los Latin GRAMMY® 2026 llega una semana después de que se diera a conocer que la banda es finalista en los Premios Billboard de la Música Latina 2026, ceremonia en la que el legendario grupo se disputa el premio al Artista “Latin Pop” del Año, Dúo o Grupo.
Recientemente, Reik se presentó en Sphere de Las Vegas como invitado especial de la residencia de la superestrella global mexicana Carín León.
Con más de 21,2 millones de oyentes mensuales en Spotify, REIK continúa siendo uno de los grupos de pop en español más escuchados a nivel global, veinte años después de su debut.

MIAMI — Reik, an icon of Spanish-language pop, received a nomination for the 2026 Latin GRAMMY® Awards this Wednesday, The Latin Recording Academy announced on social media.
The group is nominated for Best Traditional Pop Album for TQ+.
The album marks 20 years of Reik’s music career, fittingly returning to the band’s roots: melodic pop ballads. The project puts the sweet vocal melodies and warm acoustic guitars that have defined the group’s musical heart back at the center.
TQ+ includes tracks such as “La del Primer Puesto” with Xavi, “Es Tan Corta la Vida” with Yami Safdie, “Aquí en la Arena”with Leo Rizzi, and “Viernes” with Gabito Ballesteros.
Over its career, Reik has racked up eight Latin GRAMMY®nominations, one of which turned into a win: in 2009, the group took home the award for Best Pop Vocal Album, Duo or Group Performance for “Un Día Más.”
Reik’s nomination for the 2026 Latin GRAMMY® Awards comes a week after the band was announced as a finalist for the 2026 Billboard Latin Music Awards, where the legendary group is up for Artist of the Year, “Latin Pop” Duo or Group.
Reik recently performed at Sphere in Las Vegas as a special guest during global Mexican superstar Carín León’s residency.
