Miami, FL – Noel Schajris y la cantautora uruguaya Soffia Philo presentan la versión a dúo de “Otra Vez”, el primer sencillo de “Verte Nacer – Versión Noel”, el próximo álbum de estudio de Schajris. El proyecto continúa el camino iniciado con “Uno No Es Uno – Versión Noel”, la serie en la que el reconocido cantautor revisita y reimagina algunos de los discos más importantes de su carrera solista desde su sello independiente, Dynamo Productions.
“Otra Vez” fue una canción originalmente incluida en el álbum “Verte Nacer” de 2014 que, aunque no fue sencillo en aquel entonces, siempre ocupó un lugar especial para el artista. Para esta nueva etapa, Noel invitó a Soffia Philo a sumar su voz al tema, dando lugar a una versión renovada que reafirma la conexión artística entre ambos, luego de su exitosa colaboración previa en “No lo Sabe”.
El tema fue grabado en Bogotá, en los estudios Audivisión, donde Noel y Soffia se conocieron ese mismo día y la conexión entre ambos fluyó de inmediato, dando como resultado esta versión conjunta de “Otra Vez”.
El video fue grabado por Velouria y editado por Camila Grandi.
El álbum fue grabado prácticamente en vivo en los legendarios estudios EastWest Studios, en Los Ángeles, en apenas dos o tres días, mientras que las voces se registraron posteriormente en los estudios de Dynamo Productions. En total, fue un proyecto realizado en menos de una semana, junto a músicos extraordinarios y con la colaboración fundamental de su amigo y productor Daniel “Vago” Galindo.
Musicalmente, el disco se acerca mucho más al universo del rock, el rock pop y el rock alternativo, con influencias que van desde David Bowie y The Strokes, hasta The Black Keys, Hozier, Radiohead y Peter Gabriel. Sobre este tema en particular, la energía a dúo entre Noel y Soffia aporta una dimensión vocal fresca que amplía el espíritu rockero del proyecto.
Sobre Soffia Philo
Cantante y compositora uruguaya oriunda del barrio del Cerro, en Montevideo, Soffia Philo comenzó a escribir música a los 14 años, influenciada por un entorno artístico de la mano de su padre, también cantante y compositor. Con una identidad ligada al rap y al hip hop, pero versátil entre géneros como el pop urbano, el dembow, el funk y el reggae, Soffia ha construido una comunidad de cientos de miles de seguidores en redes sociales. Su colaboración previa con Noel Schajris, “No lo Sabe”, cerró su primer EP, Nivel 1.

Miami, FL – Noel Schajris and Uruguayan singer-songwriter Soffia Philo present the duet version of “Otra Vez,” the first single from Verte Nacer – Versión Noel, Schajris’ upcoming studio album. The project continues the journey he began with Uno No Es Uno – Versión Noel, the series in which the acclaimed singer-songwriter revisits and reimagines some of the most important albums of his solo career through his independent label, Dynamo Productions.
“Otra Vez” was originally featured on the 2014 album Verte Nacer. Although it was never released as a single at the time, the song has always held a special place in the artist’s heart. For this new chapter, Noel invited Soffia Philo to lend her voice to the track, resulting in a refreshed version that reaffirms the artistic connection between the two, following their successful previous collaboration on “No lo Sabe.”
The song was recorded in Bogotá at Audivisión Studios, where Noel and Soffia met for the first time that same day. Their connection was immediate, resulting in this collaborative version of “Otra Vez.”

The album was recorded almost entirely live at the legendary EastWest Studios in Los Angeles in just two or three days, while the vocals were recorded afterward at Dynamo Productions’ studios. In total, the project was completed in less than a week, alongside extraordinary musicians and with the invaluable collaboration of his friend and producer Daniel “Vago” Galindo.
Musically, the album moves much closer to the world of rock, pop rock, and alternative rock, with influences ranging from David Bowie and The Strokes to The Black Keys, Hozier, Radiohead, and Peter Gabriel. On this particular track, the vocal energy between Noel and Soffia brings a fresh dimension that further expands the project’s rock-driven spirit.

A Uruguayan singer and songwriter from the Cerro neighborhood of Montevideo, Soffia Philo began writing music at age 14, influenced by an artistic environment shaped by her father, who is also a singer and songwriter. With an identity rooted in rap and hip-hop, yet versatile across genres such as urban pop, dembow, funk, and reggae, Soffia has built a community of hundreds of thousands of followers on social media. Her previous collaboration with Noel Schajris, “No lo Sabe,” closed out her debut EP, Nivel 1.
