Miami, FL – La música en español suma un nuevo hito con el lanzamiento de “La Licencia”, la esperada colaboración entre el multipremiado cantante y compositor Noel Schajris, reconocido mundialmente por su trayectoria con Sin Bandera, y la joven promesa española Carmen Ferre, una de las voces emergentes con mayor proyección de la nueva escena pop.

“La Licencia” es una canción escrita hace 14 años en la Ciudad de México junto a Vanessa Martín. Hoy, finalmente, cobra vida en una versión muy especial que destaca por su sensibilidad y profundidad emocional”, dice Noel. “Es especialmente emotivo poder presentar este tema con una de las voces más impactantes de losúltimos tiempos: desde Sevilla para el mundo, ¡Carmencita Ferrer!”
“La Licencia” es una canción madura y emocional que habla de una relación vivida desde la libertad, la conexión real y la ausencia de límites. Un tema que mezcla vulnerabilidad y deseo, donde avanzar juntos se convierte en el eje central, transmitiendo esperanza, cambio y la sensación de encontrar en alguien un lugar seguro.
“Todo esto con Noel empezó de una forma muy bonita. Yo llevo escuchando sus canciones desde pequeña, las cantaba en mi casa todo el rato, así que cuando vi su mensaje no me lo podía creer. Al principio estaba muy nerviosa, me imponía mucho respeto, pero luego fue todo lo contrario. Es una persona súper cercana, como si la conociera de toda la vida. En el estudio me dejó fluir, hacer lo que sentía, y eso lo hizo todo mucho más especial”, agrega Carmen.
El sencillo ya se encuentra disponible en todas las plataformas digitales, acompañado de un video musical oficial filmado en la ciudad de Madrid, que captura la esencia emocional de la canción a través de una narrativa cuidada y una estética cinematográfica que resalta la conexión artística entre ambos intérpretes.
“El día del videoclip también fue increíble. Es de esas experiencias que sabes que no vas a olvidar nunca. Para mí es un sueño todo lo que está pasando con estacanción”, relata Carmen.
La producción de la canción estuvo a cargo de Noel y se planteó desde un enfoque minimalista, con la intención de mantener pocos elementos y permitir que las voces transmitieran toda la esencia y emoción que la composición ofrece. Cuenta con Dave Levita en guitarras y Gideon Klein en cuerdas, fue mezclada por Daniel “Vago” Galindo y masterizada por Jett Galindo.
“La guitarra de Dave Levita fue clave para definir el camino estilístico del tema, aportando una identidad sonora que fusiona influencias de España y Nashville, con matices que incluso evocan la sensibilidad de Ravel”, dice Noel.
El resultado es una pieza íntima, elegante y profundamente conmovedora, que refleja una conexión artística única y atemporal.

Carmen Ferre comenzó su carrera musical cuando tenía solo ocho años y gracias a su talento ha logrado ganarse su espacio dentro del panorama musical español. Comenzó su andadura en la música con clases de guitarra, hasta que poco a poco se dio cuenta de que componer e interpretar sus propias canciones era lo suyo.
Ahora, además de su guitarra, el piano es su otro gran compañero de viaje. Un viaje que arrancó fuerte desde bien pequeña, en 2018 participó en el programa “Menuda Noche” donde gracias a los conciertos benéficos adquirió sus primeras tablas. “La Licencia” is a mature and emotional song about a relationship lived through freedom, genuine connection, and the absence of limits. The track blends vulnerability and desire, where moving forward together becomes the central theme, conveying hope, change, and the feeling of finding a safe place in someone else.
“Everything with Noel started in such a beautiful way. I’ve been listening to his songs since I was little — I used to sing them at home all the time — so when I saw his message, I couldn’t believe it. At first, I was really nervous because I had so much respect for him, but then it turned out to be completely the opposite. He’s such a warm and approachable person, like I’d known him my whole life. In the studio, he let me flow and do what I felt, and that made everything so much more special,” adds Carmen.
The single is now available on all digital platforms, accompanied by an official music video filmed in Madrid, capturing the emotional essence of the song through a carefully crafted narrative and cinematic aesthetic that highlights the artistic connection between both performers.
“The day of the music video shoot was incredible too. It’s one of those experiences you know you’ll never forget. For me, everything happening with this song is a dream come true,” Carmen shares.
The song was produced by Noel with a minimalist approach, aiming to keep the arrangement simple and allow the voices to fully convey the emotion and essence of the composition. It features Dave Levita on guitars and Gideon Klein on strings, was mixed by Daniel “Vago” Galindo, and mastered by Jett Galindo.
“Dave Levita’s guitar work was key in defining the song’s stylistic direction, bringing a sonic identity that blends influences from Spain and Nashville, with nuances that even evoke the sensitivity of Ravel,” says Noel.

About Carmen Ferre
Carmen Ferre began her musical career at just eight years old, and thanks to her talent, she has earned her place within the Spanish music scene. She began her musical journey with guitar lessons, gradually realizing that composing and performing her own songs was truly her calling.
Now, in addition to her guitar, the piano has become another great companion on her journey. A journey that began strongly at a very young age: in 2018, she participated in the television program “Menuda Noche,” where charity concerts helped her gain her first stage experience. In 2019, she competed on Antena 3’s “La Voz,” and later, in 2020, she reached the finals of “Tierra de Talento.” She also participated in “Got Talent,” becoming one of the standout voices of the season.
