Fito Páez hace su muy esperado debut en el Tiny Desk de NPR
El once veces ganador del Latin GRAMMY® interpreta éxitos históricos y material de su nueva obra maestra NOVELA
MIAMI, FL. 18 de septiembre de 2025 — La leyenda del rock en español, Fito Páez, finalmente llega al Tiny Desk de la cadena NPR, uno de los espacios musicales más prestigiosos de Estados Unidos. El debut del once veces ganador del Latin GRAMMY® forma parte del especial anual de la serie de conciertos en torno al Mes de la Herencia Hispana, que se celebra entre septiembre y octubre en Estados Unidos.
El legendario cantautor y polifacético artista deleitó a los fans del Tiny Desk con clásicos de su extenso repertorio, haciendo un viaje al pasado hasta los noventa para interpretar éxitos como “A rodar mi vida” y “Mariposa tecknicolor”. Luego, Fito hizo una reverencia a su más reciente obra maestra, NOVELA, con el sencillo “Sale El Sol”, y finalizó con un espectacular medley de “Circo Beat” y “Tercer Mundo”.
Con la presentación, Páez se une a una fila de icónicos cantantes que han invadido el cubículo más conocido por la comunidad musical y se prepara para la gira que el argentino realizará por Estados Unidos en noviembre.

Lanzada en marzo de 2025, NOVELA es la gran obra musical de Páez, la cual empezó a escribir en 1988 y culminó 36 años después, en 2024. Un álbum sin igual, donde el prolífico artista invita a los oyentes a adentrarse en un rebelde viaje musical y cinematográfico a través de la imaginación a un pueblo recóndito de la provincia de Santa Fe (Argentina). En 25 canciones, todas inéditas, el cantante se explaya en una historia extraordinaria con personajes originales de espíritu rebelde y apasionado.
El álbum fue compuesto por Fito Páez, producido por el propio intérprete junto a Gustavo Borner y Diego Olivero, y grabado entre los míticos estudios de Abbey Road en Londres y los estudios de Sony Music 5020 en Madrid. The eleven-time Latin GRAMMY® winner’s debut is part of the concert series’ annual Hispanic Heritage Month special, celebrated in the United States between September and October.
The legendary singer-songwriter and multifaceted artist delighted Tiny Desk fans with classics from his extensive repertoire, taking a nostalgic journey back to the nineties to perform hits like “A rodar mi vida” and “Mariposa tecknicolor”. Fito then paid homage to his most recent masterpiece, NOVELA, with the single “Sale El Sol”, and concluded with a spectacular medley of “Circo Beat” and “Tercer Mundo”.
With this performance, Páez joins the ranks of iconic artists who have graced music’s most famous cubicle as he prepares for his upcoming U.S. tour in November.
