Paola Jara, whose real name is Paula Andrea Zapata Jaramillo, was born on May 16, 1983, in Apartadó, Antioquia, Colombia. She is a Colombian popular music singer, recognized for her powerful voice and hits such as “Murió el Amor,” “Que Sufra, Que Chupe y Que Llore,” “Mientes,” and “Pobre Perro.” She has been nominated for numerous awards, including the “Mi Gente” award and the “Nuestra Tierra” award, and won the Best Regional Popular Artist award at the 2021 Heat Awards.
