Ganadora del GRAMMY® y Latin GRAMMY® por su aclamado álbum Raíces, Gloria reafirmó su vigencia artística y su poder interpretativo frente a uno de los públicos más exigentes del mundo, conocido como “El Monstruo” de Viña del Mar. A lo largo del concierto, la artista recorrió distintas etapas de su carrera, fusionando grandes clásicos, ritmos contagiosos y momentos de gran carga emocional.
El regreso a Viña tuvo un significado profundamente especial: fue en este mismo escenario donde, a comienzos de 1983, Gloria se enfrentó por primera vez a una audiencia de esa magnitud, cuando “Me Enamoré” era la única canción suya que sonaba en la radio chilena, apenas desde hacía dos semanas. “Estoy feliz de regresar a Viña después de tantos años. Solo dos veces en mi vida me han temblado las rodillas de miedo, y una fue aquí. El público chileno es muy exigente, pero también fue el primer público de esa magnitud que me recibió. Me fui feliz de la Quinta Vergara y volver ahora, con tantos éxitos y con 50 años de carrera, es algo espectacular.
