Miami, FL — La artista nominada al GRAMMY, Emily Estefan, ofreció este pasado viernes un espectacular concierto de 90 minutos en el 50º aniversario del Carnaval de Las Palmas en Gran Canaria, ocupando su lugar en el escenario principal del festival — el mismo escenario en el que también se presentó el ícono global Marc Anthony esa misma noche.
Estefan dominó el escenario con confianza, maestría musical y una poderosa conexión con el público. Acompañada por su banda de ocho músicos, demostró su versatilidad como artista integral: cantando, tocando la guitarra y asumiendo la percusión a lo largo del espectáculo. Su presentación fusionó ritmos latinos, rock, funk y soul, reflejando el sonido que desafía géneros y que define su propuesta artística.
La energía alcanzó su punto máximo durante un dinámico medley “Girl Power” que rindió homenaje a legendarias artistas femeninas, honrando a Celia Cruz, Jennifer Lopez, Bomba Estéreo y Gloria Estefan. Miami, FL — GRAMMY-nominated artist Emily Estefan delivered this past Friday a spectacular 90-minute performance at the 50th anniversary of the Carnival of Las Palmas in Gran Canaria, taking her place on the festival’s main stage — the very same stage where global icon Marc Anthony also performed that night.
Estefan commanded the stage with confidence, musical mastery, and a powerful connection to the audience. Backed by her eight-piece band, she showcased her versatility as a complete artist — singing, playing guitar, and stepping into percussion throughout the set. Her performance blended Latin rhythms, rock, funk, and soul, reflecting the genre-defying sound that defines her artistry.
The energy reached a peak during a dynamic “Girl Power” medley that paid tribute to legendary female artists, honoring Celia Cruz, Jennifer Lopez, Bomba Estéreo, andGloria Estefan. The empowering moment had thousands singing along in celebration of the women who have shaped Latin and global music.
