“Ella McCay” Releases in U.S. and U.K. Theaters on Dec. 12

“Ella McCay” cast members Emma Mackey, Jamie Lee Curtis, Jack Lowden, Spike Fearn and Tracey Ullman joined award-winning writer/director/producer James L. Brooks for a special screening in the U.K. to celebrate the release of 20th Century Studios’ upcoming comedy. The heartwarming celebration was held at Picturehouse Central in London.

Emma Mackey stars in the film as Ella McCay, an idealistic young woman who confronts the toughest time in her life… and then hope walks in. Written and directed by Oscar® and Emmy Award® winner James L. Brooks (“As Good as It Gets,” “Terms of Endearment,” “Broadcast News,” “The Simpsons”), “Ella McCay” features an all-star cast including Mackey, Jamie Lee Curtis, Jack Lowden, Kumail Nanjiani, Ayo Edebiri, Spike Fearn, Julie Kavner, Rebecca Hall, Becky Ann Baker, Joey Brooks, with Albert Brooks and Woody Harrelson.
