MIAMI, FL 27 de Agosto de 2025 – Claudia Arcay, una de las ejecutivas más respetadas de la industria de la música latina y quien durante cinco años se desempeñó como vicepresidenta sénior de Loud And Live, anunció hoy el lanzamiento de su nueva empresa ARCO ENTERTAINMENT AGENCY, especializada en consultorías, management y business management; marcando así el cierre de un exitoso capítulo en la compañía líder de eventos de entretenimiento latino en vivo de Estados Unidos

Durante su gestión en Loud And Live, Arcay fue reconocida por Billboard en sus listas de Latin Power Players, Women in Music, Latin Women in Music y Top Business Managers. También Pollstar Magazine la destacó como Women of Live 2024 y Wonder Women of Latin Music en el LAMC y actualmente forma parte del Consejo de Asesores de la Fundación Cultural Latin GRAMMY®. Además, la ejecutiva estuvo al frente de la negociación y planeación de giras con artistas líderes en el mercado latino como Camilo, Carlos Vives, Silvestre Dangond, Ricardo Arjona, Melendi, George Harris, Camila, Pandora y Flans, Reik, Carlos Rivera, entre otros.
A través de su nueva empresa Arco Entertainment Agency, Arcay mantendrá una colaboración estratégica con Loud and Live como consultora.

MIAMI, FL – August 27, 2025 – Claudia Arcay, one of the most respected executives in the Latin music industry who served for five years as Senior Vice President of Loud And Live, today announced the launch of her new company, ARCO ENTERTAINMENT AGENCY, specializing in consulting, management, and business management. This marks the end of a successful chapter at the leading U.S. Live Latin entertainment and events company.

During her tenure at Loud And Live, Arcay was recognized by Billboard on their Latin Power Players, Women in Music, Latin Women in Music and Top Business Managers lists. Pollstar Magazine also highlighted her as Women of Live 2024 and Wonder Women of Latin Music at the LAMC, and she currently serves on the Latin GRAMMY Cultural Foundation® Advisory Council. Additionally, the executive led negotiations and tour planning with leading Latin market artists, including Camilo, Carlos Vives, Silvestre Dangond, Ricardo Arjona, Melendi, George Harris, Camila, Pandora y Flans, Reik, and Carlos Rivera, among others.
Through her new company, Arco Entertainment Agency, Arcay will establish a strategic collaboration with Loud And Live as a consultant.

Before joining Loud And Live, Arcay worked alongside Walter Kolm, founder and CEO of WK Entertainment, for over 8 years, serving as Business Manager for Carlos Vives, overseeing the renowned artist’s operations and overall strategy.
